Beginner Cookie Decorating
(2 hour class/6 cookies)
Learn basic steps and techniques for royal icing cookie decorating.
In this class, I will teach you about…
* a fool proof recipe for cut out sugar cookies (no-spread)
* a recipe for how to make royal icing
* tools and other supplies needed for decorating
* how to thin, color and bag royal icing
* basic techniques to create unique designs (baby steps)
* cookie embellishments (sprinkles, transfers, candies, etc.)
Cost: $50 per person

Advanced Cookie Decorating
(2 hour class/6 cookies)
*Must take beginner first –no recipes or instruction about cookie/icing making will be given. This is a step-by-step demo and try class.
Learn advanced techniques to take your cookie decorating to the next level.
In this class I will teach you about…
* how to stencil a background and an image on your cookie
* how to use an airbrush machine to decorate cookies
* how to use glitter and dusts to accent your cookies
* how to dip a cookie for a fast and fun result
* how to make “paint-your-own-cookies”
Cost: $70/person
Minimum of 4 people – grab your friends!

Mommy & Me
(1 – 1.5 hours/6 cookies total)
Spend some quality time with your child(ren) and come decorate some fun
and simple cookies. His is a great class to expose your child to a new art
form that is both delicious and unique.
In this class I will teach you about…
*how to decorate cookies using “baby steps” to make them simple and fun
*how to use different techniques to decorate
*how to add embellishments to your cookies (sprinkles, candies, etc.)
Cost: $30 per pair (Mom and Child) / $12 per additional child (3 cookies)
Minimum of 4 pairs – grab some friends!

take direction as I go through the process step by step

CUSTOM Cookie Class
(2 hours/6 cookies is the standard – may vary)
Day off of school, holiday coming up, birthday party, bachelorette party or
just because…lets work together to plan your own cookie decorating class.
We will pick a theme, colors, designs and make it your own unique party.
This can include instruction or just step by step decorating.
This class can be tailored to your needs. Please read “Beginner” class description –
this is the standard. If you do not want the instructional part and you just want a step
by step demo as you decorate, I can do that as well.
Cost: $50/person (may vary depending on what you would like)
