Hello!

I’m Michelle Spindler,

owner of The Smart Cookie Sweets and Treats, LLC.
I started my cookie journey in 2019 after taking a class on how to decorate with royal icing, a style of decorating that had me intrigued from the very first time I saw it. I had always wondered how people got that nice smooth finish with such cute designs on a cookie. From that class forward, I fell in love.
I enjoy hands-on activities – scrapbooking, card making, assembling puzzles and more. Cookies just gave me another outlet to express my creativity and to develop custom treats that would be an amazing and unique addition to any celebration.
With the help of an airbrush, projector, edible images, 10+ cookie and icing flavors, a rainbow of colors, sprinkles, sanding sugars, chocolate and so much more, I can work with you to create a design that is just right for your event.
I take pride in my cookies and want my customers to love the result.
